Instructions
- Put a saucepan of water on the gas.
- Add onions, tomatoes, salt, black pepper, cardamom and oil and leave to boil.
- Add the chicken and leave the mixture on the fire covered until the chicken is soft, then drain the broth and saute the chicken in the oven to become golden.
- Put about 2 cups of broth in a saucepan, add molokhia, and stir over a low heat.
- Add more broth if needed, while stirring without covering the saucepan.
